Article 1: Refund conditions
A refund may be requested in the following cases:
- New order (no refund for renewals)
- Request made within 24 hours of delivery

In the event of a refund, you accept that these will be made in the form of a credit note, without direct refund on the means of payment.
Article 2: Repayment terms
It can take up to 30 days to process a claim.
Article 3: Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically and renewed until cancelled. For PayPal, please cancel at the end of the service. Cancellation requests are final.
Article 4: Deletion of data
Termination of service will result in deletion of data and backups. ZetHeberge is not responsible for the loss of data. Remember to back up your data before requesting a refund.
